Fernando has come out on two separate occasions to haul away items from two of my homes; with my latest home having remodeling done I quickly accumulated a substantial pile of lumber, drywall, and cabinets that needed to be cleared out before my new kitchen cabinets arrive. Fernando was quick to respond via both text and email (I sent a photo of the items to give him an idea of the number of items).

Even with an overnight snowstorm bearing down, Fernando commited to stopping by the very next morning to quickly and efficiently dispose of the items.

Note: I originally found J & F JUNK REMOVAL, through another portal and at that time in late 2018 there were close to 100 positive reviews. I do not understand why the number was dramatically reduced when I reached out a second time but the service and the staff remain the same. This time I am posting a positive review through Google in the hope Fernando and his local business are supported and promoted in a positive light for years to come. My Girlfriend and I are never disappointed and we will be reaching out to Fernando in the coming months for further assistance as our home remodeling continues.

These guys are professionals! Words cannot express how much I recommend J&F Junk Removal. Fernando was very responsive and timely when setting up the free estimate through when they completed the work. To kick things off, he did a 5 minute walk through and then provided a very competitive quote. Saturday afternoon worked best for me for the actual haul away but I was unsure of when I should schedule the appointment time due to my schedule being up in the air that day. Fernando said not to worry as he can be flexible and to just give him a call or text the day of and theyll make things work. In terms of the work, he and his son were super impressive. They cleaned out a larger than anticipated crawl space, random debris, hauled away carpet, padding, and even removed the nail boards. At the end, they even helped move a fridge to the basement. They were extremely efficient, hard working, and cleaned when they were done. Most importantly they were extremely nice guys.

Im already planning on using them in the future.

The owner is very responsive! I contacted them when the company I had used previously wasn't available and J&F was able to come out the next day. The crew was late, but they called me before their scheduled arrival time to let me know that traffic was backed up due to extra construction. Upon arrival they were courteous and quick.
